Season to season, year to year, the flavor profile of the pollen may different. That part of the fun of real local honey & pollen. Our pollen supply is very limited. We may be out of stock at times.
Please note: Raw honey does crystalize over time. Keeping your honey is a warm part of your kitchen or home can help slow that down. Honey is perfectly fine to consume crystalized. If you would like to liquify it again, warm it up gently in a hot water bath.
